Whether you're booking me as your Day of Coordinator OR as your Photographer, the process is the same.

I require that all clients have a signed contract on file as well as a 50% non-refundable retainer fee paid for all services. Both your contract and invoice are delivered to your email and are able to be electronically signed and paid for right from the comfort of your phone. Once I have both your contract signed and your 50% non-refundable retainer fee paid, you will officially be booked and on my calendar. All remaining balances are due 7 days prior to your booking date.

I do! While I'm based between the 804/Richmond, Va & 757/Portsmouth, Va area, I am willing to travel all over! I would love to see new sights and experience new areas. I do require a travel fee if the location is over 2 hours of drive time OR over 100 miles from me. The travel fee is contingent on extra distance and milage. All costs will be discussed at time of booking.

I do my absolute best to get your gallery to you in a timely manner. I will deliver a small sneak peek of your photos (typically no more than 2-5 photos) within the first week and you will have the rest of your gallery no more than 2-6 weeks from your session date, depending on package purchased and service booked. Each turnaround time is located in your contract. I do offer rush jobs on certain bookings for a fee.

Weddings typically have longer waiting periods due to the amount of photos being delivered, but will be within that 4-6 week timeframe.

I do! This is a new feature I am offering to all clients directly from your gallery. You'll be able to order prints and a variety of other items directly from your phone, through your gallery, that will be delivered directly to you. You're able to pick your quantity and sizes from the comfort of your home!

I do have a list of talented photographers I am willing to bring on as a second shooter if needed. Their fees are IN ADDITION to my own. They set their own fees. At the time of booking I will provide the full amount for both photographers on your invoice so your full amount due is reflected.

I sure do! Once photos are edited and delivered to you, they are all yours! You'll be able to post them wherever you want and print them however you want. I can also provide an additional document if needed with a signed release.
